Ordering an Official Transcript

The NDSU Office of Registration and Records no longer distributes unofficial or official transcripts.  Unofficial transcripts can be viewed and printed from the Campus Connection Portal. Official transcripts are now distributed by the National Student Clearinghouse. Instructions for obtaining either document are included below.

To order an official transcript on security paper:

1. Log on to the Portal
   
   
2. In the left navigation menu, click: 'Academic Records > Order Official Transcript > NDSU > Order Official Transcript' to proceed to the National Student Clearinghouse web site
   
   
3. Follow directions to submit order
   
   
4. You will need a current email address and a valid credit card to place your order online
   
   
5. The standard rate for an official transcript is $5.00
   
   
6. Official transcripts may also be requested at www.GetMyTranscript.com
