The Campus Connection student information system will be upgraded to a new version June 13-19, 2008.

As a result, the Campus Connection portal will become unavailable at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 13.

The new version of Campus Connection will become available on June 18 or 19. The Student Center will be the new way for you to access commonly-used features on the Campus Connection portal. While many functionalities on the self-service portal will remain the same as before, you will see improvements in features and steps in the new version.

When available, you may access the new system from the same web pages as in the past using the same user id and password. For assistance with the upgraded system, student help pages and additional information will be made available at www.ndsu.edu/bisonconnection/connect by early next week.

Registration - Course Drops/Adds:

Course drops/adds for summer and fall may not be processed online during this system upgrade. Changes to your registration schedules may be done when the new version goes live on either June 18 or 19 (an email notification will be sent announcing the system availability). Class permits and student registration forms also may be submitted to either Bison Connection or Registration and Records, where they will be date/time stamped and processed in the order received when the system becomes available.

Transcript Orders:

During the period of June 13-19, transcripts may not be accessed or ordered through the Campus Connection portal. Official transcripts may be ordered through www.getmytranscript.com. Unofficial transcripts may be obtained at Bison Connection (Memorial Union) or in Registration and Records (110 Ceres), and will reflect grades recorded through June 13.

Address/Phone Updates:

Updates to contact information may be made once the system becomes available. Forms for name changes and residency are available at www.ndsu.edu/bisonconnection/forms and may be submitted to Registration and Records (110 Ceres).
