Campus Connection Help
Add Classes
- Log on to the Portal
- In the left navigation menu, click: 'Enrollment > Enrollment: Add
Class'
- Select the term, click 'Continue' (this option is skipped if only eligible to
register for one term)
- If class number (4 or 5-digit number) is not known, use 'Class Search' to search for
a course
- Use drop-down menu to find 'Course Subject', enter course number if known
(Note: To view all available courses in a subject, leave catalog number blank. Use
additional search criteria to search by instruction mode, career level, time,
instructor, etc.)
- Click on "Section:" link for course details (course fees, prerequisites, course
description, general education, course restrictions, etc.)
- To select your desired section, click 'Select Class'
- Click 'Next' to add class to Enrollment Shopping Cart
- Click 'Proceed to Step 2 of 3'
- Confirm class and click 'Finish Enrolling'
- Watch for Success or Error messages
(Note: Courses with errors are not added to your schedule. Check for holds and
obtain class permission, if applicable.)
- Click 'My Class Schedule' to review for accuracy, print a copy if desired
- Sign out of the portal
Drop Classes
Note: Dropping a class may have an impact on your Financial
Aid. Before dropping a class, please contact Student Financial Services to see if the change in course credits
will affect your financial aid award. Also, see the Dropping
vs. Withdrawing page for information on refunds of tuition and fees.
- Log on to the Portal
- In the left navigation menu, click: 'Enrollment > Enrollment: Add
Class'
- Select the checkbox for the class you wish to drop
- Click 'Drop Selected Classes'
- Verify the course(s) you wish to drop and click 'Finish Dropping'
- Watch for Success or Error messages
(Note: Courses with errors are not removed from your
schedule.)
Additional Options
Students are encouraged to use Campus
Connection as the primary method of making registration changes (Adding or Dropping classes). In the
event of Campus Connection downtime or instances when assistance is needed, a paper version of the
Change in Registration Form can be obtained and completed at the Office of Registration
and Records, 110 Ceres Hall.
