Your Contact Information

1. Log on to the Portal
   
   
2. In the left navigation menu, click: 'Campus Personal Information'
   
   
3. Click on a link to view/update your:
   
   
4. • Names (Preferred and Legal)
   • Addresses
   • Phone Numbers
   • Email Addresses
   • Emergency Contacts
     
     

Students are responsible for keeping NDSU current with address and contact information.

Additional Options

Students are encouraged to use Campus Connection as the preferred method to update your contact information. For instances when a paper version of a legal name change is required, a Name Change Form is also available on the Bison Connection Forms page.
