Students with an eligible credit balance on their account can choose to receive refunds in two ways:
- Direct deposit to personal checking or savings accounts:
- Direct deposit forms can be submitted to the Bison Connection office in the Memorial Union for
processing.
- Direct Deposit Instructions and Form
- Refund check
- Checks are mailed to active dormitory addresses during the school year and home addresses for
off-campus students.
- Checks are mailed to home address during the summer term for students with inactive dormitory
addresses.
- Changes to addresses and other personal information should be posted promptly on Campus Connection to
ensure mailed checks are sent to the correct destination.
Students are financially responsible for balances owed due to financial aid reversals
